The Princeton Windrows Health & Wellness Center has been structured with care and
sensitivity to provide our residents every opportunity to live independently and to
stay healthy.
Unlike a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Princeton Windrows offers unbundled
services. Since Princeton Windrows does not include the cost of healthcare in the monthly
fee, you maintain control of the delivery of your own health care. By not subsidizing others’
healthcare services, like Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs), you are the one in
charge of your own lifestyle and choices.
Healthcare services are a crucial issue to all of us. If you are considering moving to a
Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), we encourage you to call or visit Princeton Windrows,
meet our Health & Wellness staff, and consider all of your options.
